1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by SMS DADDY ORG ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our infrastructure.

Our services are intended for receiving verification codes (OTPs) and managing temporary identities. Continued use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of every clause outlined on this page.

2 Service Usage & Restrictions

Our infrastructure provides temporary, disposable, and non-VoIP numbers for the purpose of receiving SMS and account verification. By using our platform, you agree to the following restrictions:

• You will not use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• You will not attempt to bypass our API rate limits or disrupt our server network.
• Numbers provided are temporary. We do not guarantee access to the same number after the allocated lifecycle (typically 15 to 20 minutes) has expired.
• We are not responsible for accounts created using our numbers if they are subsequently banned or restricted by third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google).

3 Refund Policy (100% Guarantee)

We operate on a transparent, fair-use billing model. Your wallet is only charged when a service is successfully delivered. Our strict refund protocols include:

• Instant Auto-Refunds: If you request a number but do not receive the SMS code within the designated timeout period (typically 15 minutes), the session will be automatically cancelled, and your account balance will be fully refunded instantly.
• Manual Cancellation: You may cancel an active number request before the SMS is received to instantly refund your balance.
• No Refunds for Successful Deliveries: Once an SMS code is successfully delivered and displayed on your dashboard, the transaction is considered complete and cannot be refunded.
• Deposit Refunds: Wallet deposits (Crypto, Cards, Gateways) are final and non-refundable to the original payment method unless required by law. Balances must be used within the platform.

4 Privacy Policy & Zero-Log Architecture

Your privacy is our core operational metric. We have designed our systems to collect the absolute minimum amount of data required to provide the service.

• Data Retention: We operate a strict Zero-Log policy for SMS content. Once an SMS payload is successfully delivered to your dashboard or API endpoint, the raw message is purged from our active memory within 24 hours.
• Personal Information: We do not require KYC (Know Your Customer) documents. Your email address is only used for account recovery and critical system updates.
• No Data Selling: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information or transaction history to third-party data brokers or marketing agencies.

5 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account immediately, without prior notice or refund, if we detect:

• Abusive behavior or harassment toward our support staff.
• API exploitation, rate-limit bypass, or automated scraping.
• Fraudulent payments or chargeback attempts.
• Any violation of these Terms of Service.
